Very recently I bought this product. There was a damage in my jhumka. As per instruction I had sent the product unboxing video and photo as well. It's been 10 days but till now there is no response from them. I had done so many follow ups. But no response. Not picking the call. Not satisfied with the service.

I RECEIVED A BROKEN/DAMAGED EARRING IN THE COMBI.
I'VE SENT THE OPENING VIDEO OF THE JEWEL.
SPOKE TO THE LADY.
SHE INFORMED THAT THE DAMAGED PIECE WOULD BE REPLACED. BUT, NOTHING HAPPENED. I'VE BEEN REGULARLY CALLING THEM. SENT A MAIL TOO. BUT NO RESPONSE. VERY VERY POOR SERVICE. THEY DO NOT PICK MY CALLS NOW.

Overall jewellery looks good.. But one jhumka was broken and I fixed it. Please ensure that stud and jhumka are fixed together properly..

Superb really love it

Nice
