Return, Replacement & Refund Policy – Dev Fashions

At Dev Fashions, every product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. We follow a limited return and no-refund policy, and request all customers to review the terms carefully before placing an order.


1. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Compulsory for Claims)

To be eligible for any return or replacement:

  • Customers must record a continuous unboxing video at the time of opening the parcel.
  • The video must:
    • Start before opening the outer package
    • Be clear, uninterrupted (no pause, no cuts, no edits)
    • Clearly show the product condition inside
    • Be at least 90 seconds long

⚠️ Important:
No claims (damage / wrong product) will be accepted without this video proof under any circumstances.


2. Reporting Time Frame

  • Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Requests raised after 48 hours will be automatically rejected, regardless of the issue.

3. Eligibility for Replacement

We offer replacement only (no refunds) under the following condition:

✔ Product is damaged during transit, OR
✔ Wrong product is delivered

Subject to:

  • Valid unboxing video proof
  • Verification by our team

4. Non-Eligible Cases (No Return / No Exchange)

The following cases are strictly not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Personal dislike or change of mind
  • Size, color, or design preference issues
  • Minor variations (color difference due to lighting/screen)
  • Minor fixable issues (e.g., loose stones, slight bends, etc.)
  • Delay in reporting beyond 48 hours
  • Missing or invalid unboxing video

5. No Refund Policy

  • Dev Fashions follows a strict NO REFUND policy.
  • We do not provide monetary refunds under any condition.
  • Only replacement of the product will be considered if eligible.

6. Replacement Process

  • Once your request is approved:
    1. Customer must return the product safely in original packaging
    2. Product will be inspected after receiving
    3. Replacement will be processed within 2–7 business days (subject to stock availability)

7. Shipping Responsibility

  • Return shipping cost must be borne by the customer
  • Dev Fashions is not responsible for damage during return transit if not packed properly

8. Customer Responsibility

Customers must:

  • Ensure proper packaging while returning the item
  • Include all original components (tags, packaging, accessories)
  • Carefully review product details before ordering

⚠️ Orders placed without reviewing details will not qualify for any exception.


9. Final Decision Rights

  • Dev Fashions reserves the full right to approve or reject any return request after verification
